Anyone hosting honeypots now or then ? If so could you give me some advices on what software would be best to get one running?
my biggest interest is in php flaws.....

How about phpBB, i see a flaw in that application every other week. Every single web vulnerability has been discovered in that application :p. I have used phpBB (and webgoat) in past to teach my friends about webapp vulnerabilities.
