ZoneCD - Linux-Based Wi-Fi Hot Spot on CD

ZoneCD is built on a LiveCD platform called Morphix. Morphix is based on Knoppix, which in turn is a LiveCD version of Debian Linux (gasp). Knoppix provides much of the auto configuration software used during bootup, and Morphix provides the lightweight modular platform for me to add the components and software required to create an automatic WiFi gateway.

The central feature of the ZoneCD is NoCat. Nocat has been customized to work with the Public IP servers to enable remote configuration and accounting. NoCat has also been tweaked to send all Public requests through a content filter to block porn, hacker sites, extreme violence, illegal drugs, and other obscene and explicit websites. The content filter also blocks files extensions.
